THE LION KING
Collectable figures by Mattel
Adult Simba and Pumbaa

This set of Adult Simba and Pumbaa are part of one of Mattel's Lion King toy lines from back in 1994. These figures were also sold separately as well as in this form. This is the U.S. version of the packaging, the international version, looks identical except for having "The Lion King" in multiple languages in the sun graphic.

My gawd, I remember getting this as a kid. I can still feel the excitement of opening the plastic. :dummy:

I remember when my mom bought that Simba for me from a flea market, and I still have it in my collection. And I also got another Simba (it was because those were for sale again when the special edition came out, if I remember right), but it has been lost for a year now, and it really pisses me off. xD I remember wanting Timon, Pumbaa and Kovu as well, but I never got them. :<

I have the Simba. But I think Timon or Pumbaa had the munchies and tried to eat Simba's tail. lol

I use adult Simba, and Nala cub. Why? lol

I still have these in the box. I don't like to take my 'collectibles' out of the box.
I realized that on the back of the box, it said 'son' instead of 'daughter'. AND THUS KOPA WAS BORN! xD
